Course Format
Life can be unpredictable, so we’ve made this training flexible and accessible.
The course runs online or in person over two days or four sessions.
As a qualified MHFA England Instructor, I will guide you through interactive, supportive learning with a blend of teaching, group discussions, and real-world activities so the learning sticks.
Each session builds on the last—by the end, you will feel confident using the MHFA action plan to support people.
Benefits
Mental Health First Aiders don’t just make a difference at work—they ripple out into families, communities, and society.
By training your team, you’re not only building a more resilient, high-performing workplace—you’re helping create a culture where it’s okay to say, “I’m not okay.”
When we understand our mental health, we can respond with empathy instead of judgment, compassion instead of avoidance. And that can save lives.
