Mental Health Awareness Training
Building Understanding, One Conversation at a Time
If we were sitting together in a room today, I'd probably start by asking - when was the last time you checked in on a colleague? Really checked in, beyond the usual "how was your weekend?"
As Maya Angelou reminds us, "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." Sometimes that untold story is someone struggling with their mental health, wondering if anyone notices, if anyone cares.
Here's what I've learned: Mental health isn't something that happens to "other people." It's part of the human experience, and creating workplaces where people feel safe to be authentic about their struggles isn't just nice to have - it's essential.

Why This Matters
The way I see it, when we equip our teams with mental health awareness, we're not just ticking a training box. We're creating ripple effects. Each person who learns these skills passes that understanding on to others - their families, their friends, their communities.
Let's pass it on. Because when we all take responsibility for creating mentally healthy workplaces, everyone benefits.
